Casting in PU and silicon rubber
Poly-Urethane rubber parts are casted in Silicon molds and Silicon rubber parts are casted in rigid molds. The rigid molds can be made with Stereolithography or PolyJet 3D-Printing. We have several silicon rubbers available, Shore A hardness between 8 and 62. Also Food Safe material is available. For Poly-Urethane rubbers the choice of material is even larger. We have materials available with Shore A hardness between 25 and 95. These materials can be colored as you wish. Also transparent rubbers are available.
